As you may know, public sentiment against Japan in China is very strong. Such strong sentiment against Japan is called “Anti-Japanese Sentiment”. Why do you think the Chinese people have such a deep-seated antipathy toward Japan? I suppose you will answer as follows, “Because various historical issues cause the Chinese people to hold anti-Japanese sentiment.”

However, Japan is actually the largest aid donor to China. Japan has been giving technology and economic aid to China since 1979. The aid volume from Japan to China over the past 28 years amounts to fifty seven billion US dollars. But the Chinese Communist Party never informs its people about Japan’s aid and purposely keeps this information from them. Therefore, there are only a few Chinese people who know about Japan’s aid. Additionally, the Chinese Communist Party conducts top-to-bottom Anti-Japanese Education on school children. The Chinese Communist Party makes school children hate Japan through history education as a policy.

Surprisingly, the history education is based on the war-time propaganda that was used when China fought against Japan during the Sino-Japanese war 70 years ago. The Japanese media obtained a teachers’ manual for history education.
In this teachers’ manual, the mental attitude toward history education and the method of teaching are written in minute detail. And more, footage of demonstration classes is attached to this teachers’ manual, too.

For example, the Nanking Massacre. According to this teachers’ manual, teachers must show children many photos of Nanking Massacreand point out the brutality and barbarity of the aggressive war that Japanese imperialism committed. Teachers must impress upon children a deep-seated grudge against Japan by showing scenes of mass murder on an unimaginable scale. China exports Anti-Japanese Education to the world and implants an irrational prejudice against the Japanese people.China is pushing black propaganda of the Nanking Massacre using 143 photos around the world. However, all 143 photos that China is presentinghave been revealed to the entire worldas fake, fabricated, or utterly irrelevant to the Nanking Massacre. Putting aside the argument of whether or not there was a massacre in Nanking, the fact remains that there is not a single photo that proves that there was a massacre. Especially if the photos were presented in a modern-day court of law. I speak out, “Anti-Japan” is China’s national policy. Japan is the imaginary enemy of China. Why do you think the Chinese Communist Party holds such a policy?

If you look back over the modern history of China, the Tiananmen Square incident happened in 1989. 1989 is the year that socialist countries turned toward democratization one after another in Eastern Europe. The Chinese Communist Party feared the worst-case scenario then. The worst-case scenario was the collapse of the single-party regime in China. The Chinese Communist Party needed to turn the attention of the Chinese people away from democratization to a foreign enemy. So, Japan was set up as an imaginary enemy in around 1994. At the time, Jiang Zemin was the state president of China. The Chinese Communist Party started conducting top-to-bottom Anti-Japanese Education in around 1994.

Therefore, the younger generation of Chinese has aggressive and hostile feelings toward Japan. The Chinese people’s Anti-Japanese sentiment became known to the Japanese people in around 2004. When Japan’s national soccer team went to Chongqing in China,
Chinese fans booed Japan’s national anthem and threw plastic bottles and other items at Japanese supporters.

And in April 2005, Anti-Japanese riots broke out in various regions of China all at once. With these Anti-Japanese riots as a beginning, the existence of Anti-Japanese Education became known through Japanese media. In today’s Japan, the trend of growing nationalism started as a reaction to the Chinese people’s Anti-Japanese sentiment.

This is the law of action and reaction.

On April 13th, Zenkoji Buddihist temple (Nagano, Japan) held a little and silent memorial service for victims of the uprising in Tibet. Zenkoji’s monks and citizens lighted 177 memorial candles to pray for the souls of the 177 dead. Zenkoji temple had been set for the starting point of the Olympic Torch Relay scheduled on April 26th.
On April 18th, Zenkoji temple declined the starting point of the Olympic Torch Relay. The representative of Zenkoji temple’s monks talked about the reason for the declination as follows, “Zenkoji is deeply concerned about China genocide against Tibetan people”.
On April 21st, Zenkoji temple announced to hold the Buddhist memorial service for victims of the uprising in Tibet just before the Olympic Torch Relay. The Buddhist memorial service on April 26th is scheduled from 6:30 am to 8:00 am.

Chinese military attacked and invaded Tibet in 1950. China occupied Tibet who was the fully independent nation before the invasion of China. China has been torturing and slaughtering enormous numbers of innocent Tibetan civilians since 1950. TIBETAN VICTIMS of CHINESE ATROCITIES reaches 1.28 million people. Tibetan people have been suffering from China’s cruel and bloody repression. Please don’t apply the word “Human Right Abuse” to what is going on in Tibet. What is going on in Tibet? China has been committing “Cultural Genocide” against Tibetan people in the form of ethnic cleansing since China’s invasion. “Cultural Genocide” against Tibetan people should be called “Unforgivable Humanitarian Tragedy”.

This is “THE RAPE OF TIBET”.

I know that there are people who say, “Don’t mix up sports with politics!” or “The Olympics should be separated from politics”. I don’t think so at all. Why we can enjoy sports? Why we can enjoy the Olympics even though the host country is committing Genocide on earth? We found out facts that so many Tibetan people are tortured by Chinese Communist Party. We know many people who share the same time with us are tortured by Chinese atrocities. Chinese Communist Party strays from the path of righteousness. We cannot be silent as a human being any more! We should be deeply concerned about the existence of people suffering from murder,  torture and rape. We should protest against China in hoarse voice now! 

This is a Human Being.

フランスをはじめとする欧米各国は、中国政府のチベットでの一連の出来事を「人権侵害」として非難している。案の定、今回も日本人たちのチベットについての言動は「人権侵害」一色に染まってしまった。日本人が留意すべきことは、欧米が「チベットは中国の不可分の領土」と言い、チベット問題をチベット人の民族自決とは切り離して人権問題にすりかえていることだ。何？ダライ・ラマ１４世は独立を求めていないだって？独立を求めないのに、どうしてチベット亡命政府が存在するのか？チベット人の目標はあくまでも中国からの独立なのである。民族自決権という世界の価値基準からしても、チベット人は自分の国を持つ当然の権利がある。

欧米は、コソボなどといった人口200万人・面積１万平方メートル（四国の面積は１万８千平方メートル）の国の独立を今年の２月に承認したばかり。しかしながら、チベット民族は中国国内だけでも540万人を数え、面積はチベット自治区だけでも122万平方メートル、もとのチベット王国の面積はその倍であった。しかしながら、欧米はチベット問題をチベット人の民族自決とは切り離して人権問題にすりかえている。なぜか？欧米の主要国は、アジア・アフリカを植民地として支配してきた歴史を持っている。白人同士の民族自決は認めても、アジア・アフリカ系の有色人種の民族自決は認めない、もしくは関心がないのだ。フランスは特に、いまでさえも南太平洋にタヒチなどポリネシア諸島を植民地として持っている。フランスは95年、ここを核実験場として使用し放射能を撒き散らし、多くのポリネシア人たちに健康被害をもたらした。奴らはたびたびダブルスタンダード（二重基準）を用いる。欧米人の発想の原理には、無意識ながらにも常に白人至上主義が存在している。日本人はこうした欧米の言論に振り回されず、チベット人を同じアジア人として独自の視点で世界の動向をみるべきだ。であれば、いまチベットで行われていることを「人権侵害」なんて表現してはいけない。いまチベットで行われていることは民族浄化（ethnic cleansing）であり、それに伴うジェノサイドなのである。これらの言葉は、98年に起こったコソボ紛争時に欧米メディアによって盛んに使用されたことを思い出してほしい。日本のメディアまでもが、民族浄化のことを欧米メディアが発する用語を用いて「エスニック・クレンジング」など呼んでいたことを憶えておられる日本人もたくさんいるだろう。実は驚くことに、わずか10年前まで、日本語には「民族浄化」という単語すらなかったのである。

民族浄化・・・いま中国共産党によって、チベット民族そのものを滅ぼそうとする極悪で非道な行為が進行している。1950年にチベットが中国共産党によって侵略され、チベット人が民族としての当然の権利であった民族自決権を剥奪され、そして、それ以来、128万人もの凄まじい数のチベット人の命が奪われた。そして、その悲劇は今なお続いている。日本人は気づくべきだ。なぜ、多くの左翼系の人間がチベット問題を直視することを避けているのか？それは、多くの左翼系の中心となる人々が実は中国共産党の傀儡であり、そして、チベット問題が多くの日本人たちに「日本人としての民族意識」を呼び起こすことに気づいているからに他ならない。世界中で掲げられ振られている抗議のチベット国旗は「日の丸」であり、チベット人が手を合わせるダライ・ラマ14世は「天皇」の姿そのものである。

日教組の教師たちは「日の丸・君が代」に「軍国主義」という黒いインクを振りかけ、無垢な子供たちを「反日の日本人」として洗脳してきた。「天皇」を先の大戦の戦犯として侮辱することによって、日本人から「天皇」の存在を排除しようとしてきた。今これらと同質の人たちが、外国人参政権を強力に推進している。そして、外国人参政権に反対する者たちを「偏狭なナショナリズムだ！」と非難している。私はその人たちに問いたい。「それじゃ、偏狭ではなく寛容なナショナリズムって何ですか？」　これに返答できる左翼は実はひとりもいない。なぜか？彼らは心の底からマルクス主義や唯物論に傾倒なんてしていない。他国の傀儡か、ただただ舶来の思想にカブレているだけだ。ゆえに、彼らは自分で思考して練り上げた「自分自身の言葉」を持たない。だから、彼らはただただ自分の洋書の読書暦しか紹介できない。それが今の日本の学者の姿である。

いま在日韓国人・朝鮮人の団体や韓国の大統領にまで外国人参政権を要求されて、彼らの要求を満たすために奔走している政治家たちが日本にいる。日本人は、彼らが日本人の民族自決権を削ごうと企む人たちであり、彼らの行為そのものが「内政干渉」であり「侵略」であることに気づけ。そして絶対にそうした行為を許すな。彼らの言動はさまざまな詭弁を用いる。「真の国際化」とか「先進国として・・・」とか「いまEUでは・・・北欧では・・・」とか「グローバリゼーション」とか、彼らはありとあらゆる言葉を用いながら、一般の日本人を騙そうとする。彼らは一般の日本人が「欧米カブレ」であることを熟知している。彼らは日本人が欧米的なものに感化されやすいことをよく知っている。ゆえに、私はチベット問題に関連して、日本人の欧米的・白人的思考からの脱却と、欧米とは異なる日本人として思考が必要であることを訴えたわけである。保守系政治家たちがよく「日本は欧米社会と価値観を共有している」などと言う・・・はたしてそうか？よく考えてほしい。

日本人ひとりひとりの人権を守るためには、日本人の民族権を他民族の侵略から死守しようとする確固たる強い意思が必要である。いま議論されている外国人参政権は、日本人の民族自決権を侵すものとして徹底的に排除すべし・・・チベット人たちは自らの民族自決を取り戻すために、人民解放軍の戦車に対して石ころで抵抗している。自らの主権を命がけで守ろうとする・・その尊さをいまのチベット問題から学ぶべきだ。民族の独立が担保されてはじめて、人権は保証されるのだ。
